•      We participate in collaborative professional development endeavors and cooperative study groups in order to maintain a climate for learning that is rigorous, relevant, and engaging.

•      We actively involve students in the learning process through the use of research based practices, a cohesive academic structure, and the incorporation of technology. We use these strategies to create experiences which require students to investigate, explore, and inquire.

•      We foster mutual respect among students, parents, and school and community members, thereby aiding all stakeholders to accept individual differences and learning styles. The ultimate goal is to produce life-long learners who are successful and productive citizens.
