POLICY |
- Please avoid checking students out
after 2:45p.m. as this interferes with our daily
dismissal.
- Students checking out in the a.m.
may be counted absent for a whole or half day depending
upon the check-out time.

| MEDICINE
POLICY |
- Medicine taken on a regular basis must have an
"Authorization form for Medication" that must be
completed and signed by the doctor prescribing the
medicine.
- Teachers and other faculty members are prohibited to
give students medication.
- Students are NOT ALLOWED to possess prescribed or
over-the-counter medicine. This includes medicated cough
drops, sore throat lozenges, medicated lip balm, eye
drops for contacts and any type of topical lotion.
- Non-medicated cough drops (like Ricola), chapstick
with no medication, and saline drops for contacts are
allowed but you must send a note with the items in a
ziploc to the office.

UNIFORM POLICY |
UNIFORM PANTS
- No flare legs (bell bottoms), hip huggers, cargo
pants, overalls, or coveralls
- No pockets sewn on the side or front of pants or
shorts
- No denim or corduroy material
- Cannot be oversized or baggy
- Pants must be hemmed and have no side slits
- Shorts, skorts, capri, or full length pants are
allowed
- Shorts, skirts, and skorts must be no shorter than 5
inches from the floor when kneeling
- Belts must be worn if pants have loops
- The waitband of the pants must be worn on the waist.
WHITE OR NAVY SHIRTS
- Shirts cannot be oversized, baggy or too tight
- Shirts must be tucked in so that the waistband is
visible
- Shirts must be solid white or navy - no trimming on
collar or emblems/logos are permitted other than the
Lisa Park logo
- It must be a PLAIN short or long sleeve shirt with a
collar. Sleeves cannot have pockets, bows, drawstrings,
or be 3/4 length.
SWEATSHIRTS/SWEATERS
- Solid colors only - black, white, navy or gray
- No stripes, print, emblems, or logos other than the
Lisa Park logo
- No hooded pullover sweatshirts or sweaters
- Uniform shirt collar must be visible
OUTERWEAR - JACKETS/COATS
- MUST button, snap, or zip from top to bottom -
CANNOT be a pullover
- Can be any color and may possess logos/emblems
JEWELRY
- Cannot be ornate or cumbersome
- No more than one bracelet or two rings per hand
- Only one earring in each ear - studs only for boys -
loops no larger than a penny for girls
- No more than one necklace that MUST be worn insde
the shirt. NO CHOKERS.
- No large, dangling or bright objects that are
distracting or noisy
HAIR COLOR
- Must be a natural hair color. No two distinct
hair colors allowed.
