2. Student will develop a self worth and self-confidence in their ability to perform task in their particular area of interest in order to gain employment or to use knowledge gained to further their education.

3. Promote positive physical, mental as well as emotional development of the total student in achieving desirable characteristics that aid the student in job advancement.

4. Students will acquire job-specific skills by training on equipment used in industry.

5. Students will be taught desirable characteristics and behavior in order to become and remain valuable employees.

6. Students will gain skills, which will make them flexible in this changing world of employment.

7. Students will be assisted and tutored in order to achieve academic success.
